Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This agreement outlined below is between you (the associate)and JDE Internet Publishing (JDE).
  1. All Associates are independent resellers for our products/services, and are in no way employed or are employees of either JDE or its related companies. All associates are responsible for their own income/state tax declarations in the Jurisdictions they reside.
  2. JDE reserve the right to alter and amend any commissions due  as a result of fraudulent transactions and charge backs.
  3. Payment to Associates will be sent out on the first business day of each month.Monthly sales reports can be viewed online at any time. Commission checks under the value of $20.00 will be carried over until the next month.
  4. JDE reserves the right to cancel any Associates membership at any time , with written notice (via email).  Any abuse of our Associate program will result in immediate cancellation of your account this includes the use of Bulk UCE email or "SPAM" as it is commonly known, and bulk unrelated Usenet postings. You will are also liable for any costs/losses to JDE Internet Publishing caused by your unauthorized actions.
  5. I agree to market the products/services covered in this agreement in a legal and ethical manner I will not make false or misleading claims about products and services of JDE Internet Publishing.
  6. JDE accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or program, even if JDE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. JDE aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program shall in no event exceed the total commissions paid or payable by JDE under this agreement.
